Born and raised in Brooklyn and now living in the heart of Queens, I’m a proud native New Yorker through and through. My journey has been one of deep roots, divine purpose, and unwavering love. Every chapter, whether as a teacher, coach, poet, or simply as Mama, has shaped me into the woman I am today: grounded, grateful, and walking boldly in my calling. I’m a mental wellness coach, a retired educator, and the visionary heart behind Love Always Me, a movement rooted in mindfulness, self-love, and soul-deep healing. With more than 30 years of experience in education and social services, I’ve supported countless women, youth, and families through life’s toughest seasons. My mission has always been to uplift, guide, and help others reconnect with their peace, power, and purpose. Yet, I am far more than my credentials.
I’m a mother and a grandmother, blessed to have watched love grow through generations. My family is my heart, my why. They’ve taught me the true meaning of patience, joy, and legacy. I show up for my community the same way I show up for my family with truth, compassion, and deep listening.
I’m a community advocate, standing in the gap for those who feel unseen. A child caregiver, offering little ones the love and attention every soul deserves. A licensed officiant, honored to bless unions and mark life’s most sacred transitions. I’m also a published author and poet, using words to reflect God’s grace and the resilience of the human spirit. And I’m a lover of nature and travel, always finding peace in God’s creation, whether I’m walking in a park or exploring new horizons.
Everything I do is about connection to God, to self, to others. Whether I’m leading a mindfulness workshop, coaching one-on-one, officiating a ceremony, or simply being present, my heart is all in. I create safe, sacred spaces where people are free to be their full selves, no masks, no shame, just love, truth, and real healing.
